The New Bedford Rotary Club

Invites applicants for its 6 Scholarship Awards

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

•1.     Resident of New Bedford.

•2.     An entering freshman at an accredited college or university.

•3.     Able to use the $1,000 award in the 2009-2010 school year.

Requirements:

•1.     Completion of the NB Rotary Club Scholarship application.

•2.     An official high-school transcript and letter of acceptance from the college or university.

•3.     Completed application and enclosure of required materials must be received by the New Bedford Rotary Club no later than June 22, 2009.

Selection will be based on: 

• Financial Need
• Academic Achievement
• Community Service
